StarJump does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties or advertisers. We may provide third parties and advertisers with aggregate non-personal information. Email

Your email address is used to confirm your identity. Your email address will not be disclosed to third parties or advertisers and will only be used to contact you regarding important changes to StarJump. We will also need your email address if you forget your user name or password so that we are able to reset these for you.

StarJump provides facilities throughout the site to invite friends to join you in activities or participate in goals. You may not use this invitation service to send spam or other content that would violate our privacy policy or terms and conditions. We do not permanently store, sell or rent these email messages or email addresses that you provide.

Cookies

We use cookies on StarJump. Cookies are small pieces of information that are saved to your hard drive when you use StarJump; cookies are unable to perform any operation by themselves. Cookies are used for authenticating and maintaining specific information about users.

StarJump uses session cookies. Session cookies expire and are deleted from your hard drive when you leave StarJump or when you are logged into StarJump but are inactive for more than two hours. Session cookies are used so that our website can identify that you are logged in and prevent you from having to re-login on a frequent basis.

Your account

Protecting your account

The information you enter into StarJump is stored in your account, the only way to access your information is by logging into your account. We therefore advise that you use numbers, special characters and letters in your password to protect your StarJump account. We do not recommend that you share your password with other people. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your consent please contact us. You can update your password at anytime within your profile.

If you have forgotten your password you can request for your password to be reset. A notification of this request will be sent to your supplied email address, you then need to click on the unique link from inside this email. This is to confirm this request has come from you. Once you have confirmed that you requested a new password a unique password will be emailed to you.

Deleting your account

If you want to have your account deleted for any reason, please contact us and request to have your account deleted.
