Setting up your workout programs on StarJump is now even easier! Create a workout program easily – search for exercises by body part or by exercise name.
Track your gym workouts:
- Select create a new program from the workouts section.
- Enter a name for your program – e.g. "Arms".
- Search for exercises – you can now search by body part or exercise name. E.g. selecting "Forearms" will return all forearm exercises, or you can search for "wrist curl".
- Continue adding exercises until your workout program is complete then save your new program.
- You can add default values for your exercises – record default weights, reps and sets. Alternatively, start recording your workout straight away. You can edit your program at any time adding or removing exercises and modifying default values.
We will also be adding videos and descriptions for each exercise.
