Save time – set up a workout program today!

Workout programs are great when you complete a set exercise schedule on a regular basis, setting up a workout is particularly useful if you go to a gym.

By setting up a workout program you can print off a work sheet, take this to the gym and write down your repetitions, weight and cardiovascular workouts while you do them. Once you have completed a workout you can then login to StarJump, go to workout programs and enter information quickly and easily.

  1. Select create a new program.
  2. Enter a name for your workout program.
  3. Search for exercises to add to your workout program, add an exercise and record the number of sets you want to do.
  4. Continue adding exercises, once complete save your workout program.
  5. Enter default values for your workout – weight, sets and repetitions or start recording your workout straight away.
