Save time – set up a workout program today!
Workout programs are great when you complete a set exercise schedule on a regular basis, setting up a workout is particularly useful if you go to a gym.
By setting up a workout program you can print off a work sheet, take this to the gym and write down your repetitions, weight and cardiovascular workouts while you do them. Once you have completed a workout you can then login to StarJump, go to workout programs and enter information quickly and easily.
- Select create a new program.
- Enter a name for your workout program.
- Search for exercises to add to your workout program, add an exercise and record the number of sets you want to do.
- Continue adding exercises, once complete save your workout program.
- Enter default values for your workout – weight, sets and repetitions or start recording your workout straight away.
