To request a new password please enter your email address to the right and click "request password". The email address you enter must be the same email address as the one you used when you signed up to StarJump.
A notification of this request will be emailed to you, once you have received this notification click on the unique link inside the email. This is to confirm this request came from you. Once you have confirmed that you requested a password a new unique password will be emailed to you.
Please note we cannot retrieve your existing password. For security purposes we encrypt your password before we store it.
Once you have logged back into StarJump visit the profile section to change your password to something more memorable to you.
