Get tracking your exercise!

Set up activities that you would like to track and record online. fitTrack allows you to keep a record of the activities you undertake day-to-day, whether it's walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or participating in sport.

Once you have set up an activity you can record various measurements, for example, distance, time, resting heart rate and steps (from a pedometer). You can easily view your progress at any time in table and graph format.

To set up a fitTrack activity you need to register for a StarJump account, and then go to fitTrack to find activities to track.

  1. Select find fitTrack activities from within the fitTrack section.
  2. Select your activity e.g. walking, cycling, swimming.
  3. Get tracking! Record as many measurements as you want to track.
